Edith and James Cowan

In 1958, 31 Malcolm Street became the home of renowned art dealer Rose Skinner, who founded the Skinner Gallery and helped to grow appreciation of visual arts here in Perth. Gus Ferguson then established Ferguson Architects at 31 Malcolm Street nearly 55 years ago, with the team today creating the timeless architectural form of the new Gallery House. Incorporating the original residence of Edith Cowan, this iconic development will be a modern masterpiece of form, function and luxury living.

Gallery House gives you the freedom to enjoy a truly enviable way of life within an area of historical significance and modern-day connections.
